Banader Hotels Company B.S.C. (the “Company”) is a Public Bahraini Shareholding Company incorporated and registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration number 59045-01 on 20 December 2005 pursuant to the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association notarized on 22 September 2005, amended on 23 March 2017.
The principal office of the Company and its legal domicile is situated in Flat 45, Building 104, Road 383, Block 316, Manama Centre at the city of Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. The Board of Directors may establish subsidiaries, branches, offices, and agencies for the Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain and/or abroad.
